Dr. Bijaoui designed Bio Health Education (BHE) to give the theories and programs that made so much sense to her a concrete framework. BHELearning is the outcome of her vision.
The Public Health Model was limited to physical health. However, BHE extended its framework to Mental Wellness and to Social Health.
As defined by BHE, total wellness incorporates physical health, mental wellness, and social health.
BHELearning is the platform where BHE educational material is introduced. This material is divided in two sections and available for purchase at Professional Training and at Personal Development.
Personal Development
The Personal Development material is first organized according to its corresponding category: Physical Health, Mental Wellness or Social Health. Then, it is organized into its level of prevention, first, second, or third prevention.
Total wellness is basically composed of those three categories and their interaction is essential.
