The Public Health Model was limited to physical health. However, BHE extended its framework to Mental Wellness and to Social Health.
BHELearning is the platform where BHE educational material will be introduced and available for purchase.
This material is first organized according to its corresponding category:
Physical Health
Mental Wellness
Social Health
Then, it is organized into its level of prevention, first, second, or third prevention.
Total wellness is basically composed of those three categories and their interaction is essential.
